This is my presentation ‘Holding up a Mirror’, something I have given at multiple public writing retreats. It considers four key questions a writer should ask themselves about their work, and outlines the benefits of doing so — as well as the pitfalls of not!
The presentation also seeks to explode one myth and encourages writers to honestly engage with their relationship to their work.
